For The Professional/Vendor

Whenever a notification is giving to a professional, attention should Be giving to it within the next 6 hours.
If any professional/vendor doesn’t report on notification for a job three times consecutively, he/she will be considered inactive.
Our call to job should be taken with immediate effect because speed and professionalism is our watchword.
No professional should be seen exchanging word or arguing with the Client because the customer is always right.
After the job is done, the client should pay directly to the company Account (any attempt by the professional/vendor to collect the payment by himself will be considered a Fraudulent act and will attract consequences).
As a professional, you should know that you are representing the Company before our
customers.
As a professional, the more you are been appreciated by clients, the more incentives
and recommendation you will get from the company.
The company collect 20% of the speculated amount for a job and 80% goes to the
professional immediately after service rendered (ie: 50000, 20% of 50k is 10k).
No professional should be seen stealing from our customers. If such Person is caught,
he/she would face the wrought of the law.
Always say I’m sorry with a smile whenever a client is offended.

Every professional/ vendor who wants to own a digital product/course on goova should send the digital product/ course to the support team @ goovagroup@gmail.com then when it’s approved it will be sold on the platform.
The Support team will go through the course/product and will ensure that its provides value to the public or anyone who purchases the course.
The Professional/ Vendor who owns a digital product/course would earn 40% of the total amount of the course.
The marketer who would promote the digital product/course earns 40% of the total amount of the course
The company earns 20% of the total amount of the course.

Every marketer earns #500 for every professional he/she markets to download Goova & register
Every marketer earns 40% profit from every digital products and courses sold…
Every marketer earns 10% profit per job obtained by the Professional he refered
to the company (i.e: the more professional you market to join Goova app, The more
profit you make from their profits per service rendered to any client).
Fill in the details on the form and drop your account details for easy payment ( every
transaction would be made online after job is completed).

At ordering for a professional by a client, a logistic fee would be asked which Is refundable
after work done (#1000, depending on the location).
Customers should be free to report any professional who behaves in A way they didn’t like.
Always make payment to the company after job well done.
